Item 1: Folk-song
Lỗ mũi mười tám gánh lông
Chồng yêu chồng bảo râu rồng trời cho
Đêm nằm thì ngáy o o
Chồng yêu chồng bảo ngáy cho vui nhà
Đi chợ thì hay ăn quà

*Overstatement: Lỗ mũi mười tám gánh lông - râu rồng; ngáy o o; hay ăn quà; Trên đầu những rác cùng rơm - hoa thơm rắc đầu.
Message: when everyone falls in love, they often look everything beautifully. They are blind in love and believe that love is the most perfect thing.
Item 2: Poem
“Chỉ có thuyền mới hiểu
Biển mênh mông nhường nào,
Chỉ có biển mới biết
Thuyền đi đâu về đâu”
Rhetorical devices:
*Metaphor: “Thuyền” (move on the water) shows a boy. “Biển” (not move and stick with “Thuyền”) shows a girl . “Thuyền” and “Biển” are metaphor for the loving couples
Message: sympathetic feelings of the couples in love.
Item 3: Short story
Sống trên đời này phải biết qúy 4 chữ: chữ “Phải” để luôn sống và làm theo lẽ phải; chữ“Thật” để luôn sống thật, không gian dối; chữ “Nhẫn” để biết phải luôn tha thứ; chữ “Tâm” để biết yêu thương những người xung quanh. Nói tóm lại làm người sống trên đời này phải “Phải Thật Nhẫn Tâm” thì mới đáng sống!!!

I basically agree with you on the massage of three items. However, I think in item 1: there is an assonance in "lông rồng", " cho, o o", " nhà quà", "cơm rơm, thơm". Moreover, you should explain clearlier about the meaning of " Phải thật nhẫn tâm" with a view to making audiences understand the pun in the example.

- Second, in item 1 rhetorical devices are overstatement and rhyme. Rhyme: lông - rồng, cho - o, cơm - rơm - thơm
- Third, item 3 shows how to live kindly such as loving, forgiving...
As Chinh had commented, you are allowed to choose only one item in Vietnamese. However, you chose all in Vietnamese. It breaks the rules. Besides, you didn’t analyze carefully. There are something missing like the rhyme in the first item. Finally, the message you show us is too brief like “make fun” in the last item. Best wishes!
